The solution embedded in your tenant
The goal of this service it to develop a tool to function as a governance solution which creates SharePoint sites according to parameters you set. A policy-based governance practice will be embedded in your tenant. It is designed for you specifically, configured by Strator, and owned by you. Its purpose is to stop uncontrolled site growth.
Built to fill the gap in digital governance
Microsoft is governing the middle and the end of a SharePoint site's lifecycle. With this governance solution, you will be able to govern the start of it.
With it, a site is born governed. It comes into existence with a unique identifier, its security tier and sensitivity label already applied, defined owners and least-privilege groups in place, and external sharing configured to match its tier, all produced from a consistent template every time. Previously created ungoverned sites can also be rectified to be completely governed using the tool.
The Result: End-to-end consistency, built-in security, self-healing operations, and sites deployed in minutes—all consolidated in the Sites registry with a full audit trail.
2. The Delivery
The delivery of Strator's governance solution is simple, from the initial consultation, to the acceptance test where you see it in action from the first time.
1. Clarification Workshop
Templates, levels, and naming conventions are mapped out in collaboration with you.
2. Installation
The engine is rolled out in your environment (Bicep, Function App, etc).
3. Security Level
The four levels are set according to your policies.
4. Model Constitution
Startup Templates (.pnp) with Structure and Access Groups.
5. Rights
Managed identity and Graph permissions are set up.
6. Transfer
Documentation and training for owners and administrators.
7. Acceptance Test
A proper website is built from start to finish—including error handling.

After delivery, we offer an optional monthly service. Template changes, level adjustments, monitoring, governance reviews, and access to new modules and features are included in this monthly service at a fixed fee.
